How long does the pool construction take?
Construction usually requires about 3 to 4 weeks once permits are approved and scheduling is set, depending on weather and site conditions.
We coordinate all phases to keep your project on track and communicate any changes promptly.
What features come standard with the pool package?
The package includes excavation under normal soil conditions, vinyl-liner pool structure, pool steps, standard concrete coping, a four-foot concrete surround, pool plumbing with two skimmers and three returns, two pool lights, pump and filter, and a salt-chlorine system.
Permits, inspections, equipment startup, client walkthrough, and end-of-season closing are also part of the package.
Are there any exclusions or additional costs?
Certain conditions like rock, groundwater, or unusual excavation require written change orders. Additional features such as retaining walls, fencing, utility relocation, upgraded decking, landscaping, pool heaters, and automation are not included in the base package.
We provide clear estimates for any extras before proceeding to ensure transparency.
What equipment is installed with the pool?
Your pool comes with a pump and filter system, two pool lights, and a salt-chlorine sanitation system for cleaner, softer water.
We also install two skimmers and three returns to maintain proper water circulation and cleanliness.
How do you handle permits and inspections?
Scapesart manages all necessary permits and coordinates required pool inspections to ensure compliance with local regulations.
This process is included in your package to provide a hassle-free experience from start to finish.
What should I expect during the construction process?
The process begins with excavation, followed by installation of the pool structure and plumbing. Next, concrete coping and surrounds are poured, equipment is installed, and the pool is filled and tested.
We keep you informed throughout and provide a final walkthrough to review operation and maintenance.
